I was one of two full time employees charged with scheduling, delivering, and troubleshooting instructional technology around the entire campus as well as helping to train student assistant workers. I would often take the initiative to bring up new ideas to evolve services and offerings. For example I digitized our scheduling system and offered to start an evening shift to service night time classes that were left without support.

Like for example this Responsive Web Design presentation I helped write along with Noble Desktop.
